Since joining Medico in 2015, I’ve been fortunate to help shape the agency into an industry-leading, award-winning partner to healthcare organisations, connecting information seekers with trusted healthcare authorities.
One of my proudest moments was seeing a diabetes brand’s digital project reach over a million people across multiple languages. By providing easily accessible and understandable information to those living with diabetes and their loved ones, the campaign empowered individuals to better manage their health and make informed decisions—a true reflection of what we strive to achieve every day.
In my role, I’m fortunate to see how we’re breaking down barriers in healthcare. From making informative, regulated healthcare content more engaging, to finding innovative ways for brands to be in the right place at the right time, everything we do is about making it easier for patients to find, understand, and act on reliable healthcare information. Displacing uninformative or misleading content with high-quality, actionable information is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
The way people seek information is on the cusp of significant change, and I love the lack of limitations in this field. Whether it’s through new digital tools or changing user behaviours, we’re well-positioned to help our clients adapt and take advantage of these shifts. Outside of Medico, I enjoy life in Somerset with my three daughters, our dog Moose, and my wife. I’m a dedicated Arsenal fan, an aspiring golfer, and a passionate baker with a goal to compete on The Great British Bake Off within the next 10 years.
