The London Diabetes Centre’s digital strategy needed to convey this expertise, and explain its service to a target market largely unaware of the possibilities of care beyond those provided by the NHS.
We developed a patient-centric website to help London Diabetes Centre differentiate it’s ethos, brand and values from its sister brand, London Medical. The website launch was supported by a strategic SEO campaign designed to push London Diabetes Centre to the top of search results and establish the organisation as a leader and expert in its field. The content developed was specifically patient-led, focusing on patient challenges, and answering questions in a reassuring tone of voice.
Paid search and social media campaigns helped to speed up brand awareness and generate enquiries. Establishing a consistent newsletter has enabled London Diabetes to build trust and credibility amongst existing patients and new contacts, as well as helping to nurture potential patients along a clear sales funnel to enquiry
